Live Wire Farm has been repairing electric fence chargers for more than five years and is authorized by most major fencer manufacturers to make warranty and other repairs. Since many of the fencers used in New England are sold under the Agway label, we have on hand most of the replacement parts needed to repair the Agway, Parmak, Red Snap’r, Fi-Shock, Saco, American Farm Works and Zareba lines and so can provide a quick turnaround for them, but repairs to most other brands are possible as well.

For units under warranty, all repair work is done at no charge to the customer--that includes return shipment. For units out of warranty, the repair and shipping costs are included in the invoice.

Fencers that need repair can be sent by US Mail or any of the major carriers. Be sure to include customer name, address and telephone number so we can contact you if there are any questions or if the cost of repair will exceed approximately half the price of a new unit.
